Blow Molding pallet
Blow moulding pallet is a product formed by a rapidly developing plastic processing method. The blow molding equipment used in the blow molding tray molding process generally requires a relatively large blow molding machine. The HMWHDPE plastic is extruded and blow-molded at one time. During production, the HMWHDPE plastic is extruded into a tubular plastic parison, which is placed in a split mold while the mold is still hot. The blank is inflated and adheres to the inner wall of the mold, and after cooling, shaping and demoulding, various specifications of blow molding trays are obtained. The volume of blow-molded hollow containers can reach thousands of liters, and the large-scale hollow molding machines that have been developed and manufactured in China have reached 2,000 liters, and the equipment is controlled by computers. Generally, only HMWHDPE can be used as raw material for the production of blow-molded trays. The high-rigidity and high-strength blow molding tray adopts a conventional Sichuan-shaped structure and can be used in high-bay warehouses, high-rise shelves, and various production lines. It does not need any other steel pipes inside the tray, and has a high safety factor during use. The load reaches more than 2t, the static load reaches more than 6t, and the overhead load of the shelf can reach 1.5t. The ambient temperature of the use site can work stably under the conditions of -40°~40°C, and the service life can reach 8~10 years.
● Blow molding pallets can be used with mechanical forklifts and manual hydraulic handling forklifts to complete the handling, turnover and stacking of goods. There are four-sided fork ports common to mechanical forklifts and manual hydraulic handling forklifts, and the products can be used in sites and environments where mechanical forklifts are used unconditionally.
● Blow-molded tray products are made of high molecular weight high-density polyethylene resin, which is extruded and blown at one time. The molding process is fast and sufficient; the product is fully formed, and the internal quality and performance are stable.

Cost reduction: The high-strength, high-rigidity blow-molded tray of the blow-molded tray can greatly improve the rigidity and strength of the blow-molded tray by improving the structural design and adopting a special blow-molding method, and the surface of the blow-molded tray can be flattened, thereby improving the use environment. The adaptability and service life can greatly reduce the cost of use.
